About Us

Hi, my name is Angela Robinson, and I am the founder of Heart Too Art creative hangouts. I started this journey with the thought of this being maybe a one time thing. I have a daughter who has been homeschooled since her 7th grade year and she is now a 16yr old teenager in her junior year! We often spoke about the lack of social spaces that we set up for teen girls who may have social anxiety, homeschooled, and wanting to have the opportunity to meet other girls like themselves in a small setting. So after some planning I decided to host my first arts and crafts hangout for girls ages 14-16yrs old and Heart Too Art was created!

Now Heart Too Art is a community-based arts enrichment and social development program serving homeschooled girls ages 10–16yrs. Through guided arts and crafts sessions, peer connection activities, and supportive mentorship, the program provides a safe, uplifting space where teens can express themselves creatively, build friendships, and strengthen emotional well-being.

Homeschooled teens often experience limited opportunities for consistent peer interaction, creative group activities, and structured social development. Teen girls in particular face increased risks of social isolation, anxiety, low confidence, and lack of community belonging.
Despite the demand for youth enrichment spaces, many local families lack access to affordable, teen-centered arts programs. Heart Too Art bridges this gap by offering a safe, community-rooted environment that provides creative engagement, emotional support, and peer connection — all at low or no cost to families.

Our Mission: Heart Too Art fosters creativity, confidence, and connection among homeschooled teen girls by providing a safe, supportive, and arts-centered community space where they can explore artistic expression, build friendships, and develop emotional well-being..

“We craft confidence and build lasting friendships.”
